WP product images load on zoom for admins, but no for users

Hello,

i’m writing because I have recently encountered a problem I haven’t known to fix. Everytime i try to zoom in on a product image on my site as admin, the zoomed up image pops up as normal, but when a non-logged in user tries the same, he’s greeted with a black screen (with an x on the right side).

Recently I installed WP rocket and tinkered with some settings and I thought that that might’ve been the issue, but even after disabling and enabling some features like lazyloading – the problem still persists.

(the link I added is just a random product I picked out of the dozen, they all have the exact same issue)

Any help would be greatly apppreciated.
