    Greetings,
    It seems the the “WP Product Feed Manager” plugin is trying to access the source and as a result it generates a lot of connection errors.

    Disabling this plugin might do the job but we are in the middle of a big marketing campaign.

    The error:
    2141 - Please open a support ticket at www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/ for support on this issue. Error message: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Would love to know who can we contact to understand what is the status for this issue

    Our web server crashed causing issues with the plugin.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience.
    The web server is back online and we are looking into the cause of the issue.

    It seems that the issues is now solved.

    However, I am wondering why is there a connection between the 2… how come the plugin interactions are based on your servers, is that a good practice?

    yes mine is all back now again – but agree its a tad worrying that the server went down which meant that the license couldn’t be confirmed and it kept trying over and over until it almost broke our site? Could there be an option of having license checked once per day with a days grace if it failed maybe?
