wp-pro quiz compatibility with WPLMS theme

I have used your plugin in my Academy theme and it worked great. Now I am using wplms theme and the use ajax for accessing the courses. So now when i add the shortcode in one of my course units, it doesnt work and only displays the shortcode. Any suggestion to fix this issue?
