WP-PostRatings posts with minimal number of votes

Hello! I know that this is probably super easy but I’m slowly going crazy… I use WP-PostRatings and have no idea how to view all post with minimum 10 and on another page posts with maximum 9 votes. I guess I can do it using query posts but I really don’t know how. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks a lot!
