wp-postratings – how to display all-time top rated posts?

    I am very new to wordpress, so I apologize for any naive questions.
    I just downloaded and activeted the WP-POSTRATINGS plugin to my site, works great!
    I would like to ask how is it possible to display the all-time top-rated posts on a page, or to display it as a category. The end result should be that when you visit the website, there would be a clickable button among the categories in the main menu that allows the visitor to look at the top rated posts.
