WP Post Views increased my hosting entry processes

Hello, yesterday my website was giving “Error establishing a database connection” error and was loading very slowly and when i checked the host CPU usage and Entry processes it was “CPU Usage 80%” “Entry Processes 20/20”

Then i contacted my host departement and they have provided me the logs:
