WP Post Notification into a PHPBB3 Forum

Hi

I have a blog that I auto tweet and auto notify on FB when I post a new article.

Is there a way I can do the same into a PHPBB3 forum? Where a new forum post would be automatically made, with the appropriate link back to the WP article, in the PHPBB3 forum?
