WP Popular Posts timthumb.php not Working?

    Hello,

    I have latest version of WP popular posts which uses timthumb.php to generate thumbnails of popular posts.

    It does not generate a thumbnail for me at all. I checked the cache directory for it and there is no file listed there at all.

    I also checked permissions and set them all to 777 but no luck.

    Anyone run into this?
