• Hiya,

Lester, thanks so much for all your great plugins and hard work!

I can’t figure out, though, why the poll option text looks so bad compared with everything else on the page.

It’s like it’s the only text that doesn’t get anti-aliased anywhere on the page, and I can’t figure out why that is. This seems to be the case regardless of what Theme my WP blog is using.

Is there some setting somewhere, either in the CSS or in the code for the plugin itself, that’s somehow controlling the rendering of the poll option text, and if so, what would it be changed to to fix it?

    Thanks in advance!

    Lou

  • Are you using IE? If that is the case the solution is in the readme.html under Usage Tab.

Thanks…I did do that, but it still shows the font non-anti-aliased.

In the ReadMe, it says this behavior is normal, yet I don’t remember ever seeing other text displayed as non-anti-aliased in IE. Even in the header text the font looks fine.

And none of the other text in the theme’s two sidebars looks this way either.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks again!

What about the default theme same case? IE is a problematic browser when doing fading in and out issues.

Yes, same thing in all themes.

Are there styles I can remove (related to fading) that would fix it?

    Thanks again ??

You can try =) But the opacity is created because of the fading in.
