WP-Polls plugin – submit button doesn't work!

Hi guys,
I’ve got problem with WP-Polls plugin.
When I installed it, it worked nice. I did some css styling. It was still working… but then suddenly it stopped :-/ The “submit” button is broken somehow.Can anyone of you help me with that?
