WP Polls not working with WP Fastest Cache enabled

    I am using WP Polls on a website where I also use WP Fastest Cache.

    Recently the polls plugin stopped working, but when I disabled WP Fastest Cache it started working again.

    There was an update to WP Fastest Cache a few days ago so I thought I would enable it again and the problem came back.

    An error messge when voting says “Failed To Verify Referrer”

    Apart from not using WP Fastest Cache is there a solution to this problem?

    Is it a problem with other cache plugins or just a plugin conflict with WP Fastest Cache?

    That is because Fastest Cache, caches your HTML markup as well and in the markup contains an outdated security token. As I don’t use caching plugin myself, I can’t really help you with it.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I read previous posts which suggested others had a similar problem with WP Polls when using caching plugins.

    Is there also a problem with other caching plugins?

    Do you advise against using caching plugins when using WP Polls?

    I don’t use caching plugin myself and my plugins are generally dated, so it will not work with any caching plugins
