WP-Polls – not doing anything???

1. Your server is blocking the AJAX request because your domain is different from what is entered in WP
2. Permission of file. Ensure that files are 644 and folders are 755

Nevermind, I have found the mistake.

for other users, it was simple because i forgot the <?php wp_head(); ?>
after switching layouts. please always remember that ;D

Checked my header.php and I have this <?php wp_head(); ?> in it.

I also checked all my permissions. Files 644 and folders 755.

What happens is that it the poll is loading forever after click on vote or show results.

Read through the forums, https://forums.lesterchan.net/index.php/board,15.0.html. I believed your issues have been address before.

The other possibility I can think of is that your domain URL you set in WordPress is not the same as the one you are trying to access with.

https://www.yoursite.com is DIFFERENT from https://yoursite.com and your browser will block the AJAX request for security reasons. Check your error log in FireFox.

Where do I change this. Maybe a stupid question.
I’m now going to install it again and try it out.

Tried the fixes on the board for hours with no result. It keeps loading forever.

Looks like a plugin conflict on your end or some security issues

I have always had this set correctly. So the problem is propbably an obscure plugin clash…

Just installed and put in the post mentioned the pollin (beta) plugin what works, but it has no view result function and no ip-blocking etc, but as said it’s beta.
