WP Pods Compatability

I am using WP Pods for a lot of my content.

On the front end, I have a list pod items. Each item links through to it’s own pod-page.

I would like to put a contact form on each pod-page that collects the name and/or url of the current pod page and sends it with the message. Perhaps the dynamically populated form would submit the pod-page name as the subject of the message.

I have this in my pod page template:

<?php echo do_shortcode( '[contact-form-7 id="340" title="Contact form 1"]' ); ?>

I have used:

[dynamictext dynamictext-941 uneditable "CF7_URL]

But not getting anything.

Any thoughts?
