    First you mention:

    “On a clean WP installation”

    ..then you say:

    “Maybe some plugin broke it?”

In order to test on default WordPress, all other plugins must be deactivated.

Further, on default WP (with no other plugins active), make sure that SAC is installed fresh and is set with all the default options.

On a clean install it works.

I know. The plugin runs with zero errors and no issues on default WordPress install. But other plugins and sometimes themes can sometimes cause issues, conflicts, etc. That’s why it’s necessary to do some basic troubleshooting to help diagnose and resolve issues. I would be glad to provide a troubleshooting guide if it will be useful for you.

I install all the plugins from my mainpage on the testpage. Lets see if i can find a plugin thats broke sac.

@specialk what i also noticed is, if i put the sac on the sidebar and also open the chat artice, then the message appears to.

U can test it now without registration on fair-pics.de

Open the SAC menu on the upper left corner and then try to write a message in the sidebar SAC.

Just tested it at fair-pics dot de, everything seems to be working normally.

    On https://fair-pics.de/sac/

i cant write in the sidebar SAC.

It’s working fine for me. Using latest Chrome browser on macOS.

Thats really strange! Does not work on me:

    – Brave Browser
    – Internet Explorer
    – Microsoft Edge
    – Google Chrome

    Line that cause the error:

    if (!empty($sac_user_name) && !empty($sac_user_text) && $sacSendChat === ‘yes’) {

one or more of these vars are not filled somehow.

If the chat is on the sidebar, he cant set the cookie’s.

On Crypto-Grid.net landing page u can see the chat on the sidebar but non of his cookies are set in browser.

    Can this be a problem?

I have no idea what i did but it works now out of nowhere.

The last i did was deaktivate the two plugins:

    – LH Zero Spam
    and
    – Real Cookie Banner (Free)

Then i deleted all my existing cookies and Data in the Browser and from this it worked on all browsers again.

Even after reactivate this both plugins it worked well.

I think all is pointed on a problem with the cookie handling.
