WP Plugin programmer needed

  • We would like to hire a programmer experienced in WP Plugins to create a moderately complex plugin for us.

    The plugin will implement a rating system for posts with multiple parameters and weightings. As both per-post and per-user data will need to be maintained, as well as both user and administrative user interfaces, the project is not trivial. A solid understanding of the WP schema, plugin architecture, PHP and mySQL will be needed. A specifications document will be provided but the developer will be responsible for writing design and test documents as well as running the test scripts.
