WP Plugin for adding the layout to all uploaded pictures

    Hello Everyone,

    There is a layout that we manually add to all the pictures via photoshop https://gyazo.com/6b70ee683a51c972a187eeba060725ad (red and black lines + logo and motto below and above the picture). Do you know if there is any plugin in WordPress that may add such a layout to every uploaded picture?

    I tested watermark plugins, but I haven’t succeeded in my attempts (probably plugins were not good enough, I’m not sure).

    I would highly appreciate if you may advise on the issue. Probably you have had such experience and may advise a particular plugin that we definitely help with the matter.
