WP Plug-in “WP Social Traffic” Not Working

    The big picture is that I have 12 WP sites all hosted by Hostgator and each site has the same 12 plug-ins. Following the WPST video tutorials WPST works perfectly fine on about 6 of my sites and does not work at all (the “Get Me Traffic” tool) just spins and returns no results.

    I spoke with Hostgator technical support and they strongly advise against doing fresh WP install – even in a sub-folder (directory).

    Can you offer any other suggestions?

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
