• I installed the wp-phpMyAdmin plugin through WordPress (Plugins > Add New) and not manually through an ftp server. Once it is activated I access it within the Tools panel, but it is giving me this error message:

“Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.”

Can anyone shed some light on my situation? I am using version 2.8.6.

  • Start with the fact this plugin hasn’t been updated in ages. See if this fits your fancies. I haven’t tested it, but I’m about to.
