[Plugin: WP phpBB Bridge] Configuration/Settings Question?

I’m having problems enabling the WP phpBB plugin. It has installed correctly but I’m getting two errors when I try to enable it under settings.

1) The file config.php does not exists in the path you have enter
2) The file ucp.php does not exists in the url you have enter

These fields were already filled in for me when I started the process and they seem to be correct… But I’m really not sure.

It gives the following instructions for items 1 & 2

1) Enter the full path to phpBB config.php file
2)Enter the url to phpBB ucp.php file

This is what I currently have in fields 1 & 2

1) /home5/texas***/public_html/blog/phpbb3/config.php
2) https://www.texasg********ds.com/blog/phpbb3/ucp.php

Does this look correct? Can somebody tell me how to come up with the correct information so I enable the plugin?
