WP Photo gallery plugin with tagging feature?

Is there a photo gallery plugin that would allow a user to upload photos and then tag each photo into multiple categories? For example, let’s say I upload a photo of a female bikini model. I’d like to include the tags/categories of ‘model’ and ‘bikini’ with that photo.

A prospective client needs to upload alot of photos on a weekly basis and needs the ability to tag these photos into alot of different categories and I’m looking for a photo gallery program that would allow for this
