WP Pages not updating outside of domain

can you provide an example of what should be displayed but is *not* displayed on the page that you shared?

A few things to consider:
-are you using a caching plugin?
-is your webhosting using a caching tools?
-is the new content being saved in the database?
-are you trying to make changes to CSS or content?

No caching plugins being used, everything is disabled
This only just started happening when I updated WordPress
new content is being saved to db
I’ve edited the pages and saved and I just made a new post and it didn’t appear.

For most people who go to the first link all they see is New Users – Updating.
