Hi there, since I have installed WP-Optimizer my Elementor Theme Builder does not work properly. The left-side bar keep loading and loading. Please, I need help, asap.

Everything is up to date. I had no issue with Elementor before WP-Optimizer installation.

Please, follow the link to see screenshot.

  • Hi there,

When going on the page with the issue, could you open your browser console and see if there are any javascript errors listed?

Note that WP-Optimize should be “inactive” (do nothing) when editing a post / page, and when I test this myself, I do not have any issue. So maybe something else is conflicting as well.

    Best wishes,
    Marc.

    Hi Marc,

Thank you for reply.. It seems like the problem has been solved by itself, probably after some updates.

But, I have another issue.. right after I upgraded to WP-Optimize Premium my other plugin stopped working properly. Namely the “Email Subscribers & Newsletters”. The problem is that same day after upgrade, the POSTIMAGE stopped showing in the email newsletter.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you,
    Pavlo

@sabotager22 Does the Postimage works if you de-activate WP-optimize Premium?

Hi Harshad, the answer to your question would be better to understand from the email that I got from Email Subscriber’s Support Team:

“..We have looked into the issue and it seems it due to a conflict between Email Subscribers and WP-Optimize Premium.

WP-Optimize Premium plugin has a lazy loading option for images. When this option is enabled, featured images aren’t visible both in the preview and in the email sent. We aren’t sure why the lazy loading plugin isn’t working as expected as it is just a normal image like other images on the site but we are getting an error in the browser console related to the featured missing image. Refer to attached Pic. Missing-Featured-Image.gif

We have found a quick solution to the issue, the WP-Optimize plugin does allow to exclude images from lazy loading using CSS classes. We have excluded the post image using the class ‘wp-post-image’ in the plugin’s setting and it is working as expected. We have attached some screenshots for your reference.

You can also contact WP-Optimize’s plugin author if they have some input regarding the issue or a better solution from their end. Also let us know if they need anything from our end to fix the issue, we will look into it…”

Thank you, and Happy New Year!

    Hi, Harshad

The problem with WP-Optimizer and Elementor is back…

Please, refer to my very first post – “…Elementor Theme Builder does not work properly. The left-sidebar keeps loading and loading.”

However, it helps when WP-Optimizer is disabled. But it is not an option for me, because I am losing all my cache.

    Any ideas?
    Looking forward for your reply.

    Thank you,
    Pavlo
