WP-Optimize Compatible With PHP 7.0 Or Higher

    Hi,

    Since I upgraded to PHP 7.0 I have been getting this error written to a wp-admin error_log:

    [19-Mar-2018 05:27:53 UTC] WP-Optimize: ajax_handler: no such command (dismiss_notice)

    Seems like I get this error every time I run WP-Optimize.
