wp-optimize cannot access

    Hello – I have installed wp-optimize but it is not possible to open it to configure. Neither is it possible to open the settings function. After some 5-10 minutes I get the response that there is a Servererror. The server is affected by an intenal error and it was therefore not possible to complete the request. Then it says Premature end of script headers: admin.php and then followed by Error 500.

    What is the problem?

  • @juditnm Can you please enable debugging mode, Please add following lines to wp-config.php just before where it says: /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    Then try to reload the page.

    A debug.log file should be created inside wp-content folder,which should contain error information in it, Please share the file with us.
