WP-Optimize and Weglot Caching

I had a look at the following URL: https://thefarmdream.com/de/product-category/vegetable-seeds/

It does indeed seems to be cached, but at the same time the dutch and german versions of the website seem to be so much slower than the english version. Like, 300ms vs 4300ms.

Any other idea what it could be?

Having looked at both the pages in Google Page speed insights. I notice a couple of things.

1. your above the fold images are being lazy loaded (this should not be the case, you will need to exclude these from lazy loading
2. You are not resizing your images, you can use a plugin such as smush to generate and serve the correct size images.
