    The issue I am having is that when the customer is ready to go to payment method it loops back to the shopping cart and gives this message (You do not have permissions to make this API call ) I’m stuck and don’t know what to do? I called WordPress Essentials Support and they have no information to help. PLEASE HELP
    I keep getting this error message on my online store ( You do not have permissions to make this API call

    The theme I’m using is the smallbiz theme and I am also using WP Online Store plug-in. Please help…

    It may be that you have the Paypal payment gateway enabled. There are two paypal gateways – one is ‘standard’ and I cannot remember the name of the other – but the second of these gateways is enabled by default and it needs an API to work correctly. Try turning off (disabling) the second of the two paypal gateways.
