wp-o-matic and 500 internal Server Error

  • i use wordpress 2.3 and the WP-o-Matic 1.0RC2

    i get a lot of 500 internal server problems
    my site
    my support at my host is telling me that it crons almost every 5 minutes
    i never made a cron in cpanel
    so how come it crons?
    and where do i change the cron settings?

    for the rest it works fine excetp maybe the duplicates
