• after i installed WP to my domain i’m able to log-in to /wp-admin/ page but when i edit and look at the preview it shows a white page and says
“Welcome to the home of mywebsite.com
To change this page, upload your website into the public_html directory”

but i already uploaded WP files to public_html in the process of installation by filezilla client so what should i do, thankyou.

You probably have an index.html file in your public_html directory which takes precedence over an index.php. This was probably put there automaticaly by your hosting company when your hosting space was set up.

Delete or rename the index.html using an ftp application.

    – there another one that could be set as the default, like default.html etc.

    – Did you install WP in public_html?
