WP not letting Admin login?

(posting for a friend’s problem here.. her site is forever-her.net)

I have tried the ‘Lost your password?’, reinstalling WP completely, repairing the database but no matter what I do (I’ve also searched on this through Codex and those support forums) …. It will not let me login into my Admin panel.

When I click the password resetting option, it sends me a password but one small problem – the password doesn’t work! I hand-type it letter by letter and make sure every letter is accurate. There are no visible problems on the actual site itself.

And this is with WordPress 2.0, too.
