WP not accessible after update to 5.3 today

  • I got a Warning message today :
    Warning: Declaration of QuietSkin::feedback($string) should be compatible with WP_Upgrader_Skin::feedback($string, …$args)
    I accessed Dashboard earlier today and tried to desactivate Oceanwp Extra, as advised.
    No success + i have no more access to Dashboard.
    Please advise

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    Once you’ve done that, there is a suggested fix here if you don’t want to wait for Ocean Extra to be fixed.

    I’m having the same problem – cannot access my website admin, and do not know how to manually re-set plugins and find the link provided above does not actually tell mw how to do this.
    Am hoping someone has a fix I can follow!
