WP new user registration automation not working

    Hello. I am using the free version of plugin where we only have one free trigger for automation – WP new user registration.

    I created an automation with two steps “add tag” and “send email” on user registration. I am using woocommerce default form of registration on default woo my-account page.

    When the user registered, I got his contact in the list and tag from general settings is added. But the automation does not start at all.

    Need help
