WP new install – dashoard broken

    I just installed a blog for a friend (german version) and when I logged in for the first time, the dashboard was all messed up as well as the widgets page. The rest seems to be okay. Here is what it looks like: https://twitpic.com/x7p45/full.

    Any ideas what’s going on?
