If have a WP multisite – sub-domain setup. There is only 1 sub-site.

This has just started happening. When anyone logs in, not matter what role (Admin or Editor) they were getting a 500 error or something along the lines of “www.missiontripinsurance.com is currently unable to handle this request.” I just updated to 4.5.3 and it now seems all users get a white screen after logging in. This happens when logging into the sub-site as well.

The original administrator account can log in without any issues?!?!

I have checked that all the Network settings are correct in htacces and wp-config.

Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?

    Many Thanks!

Try checking for plugin conflicts by deactivating all your plugins.

Disabling plugins always makes me nervous on a live site. Fortunately I had a copy of the site setup on another server. Tracked it down to Kwayy HTML Sitemap. I replaced the plugin and all is working again.

    Thanks!
