WP multisite resource load fail

I have set up wordpress multi site option so I am able to create multiple blogs but the problem is resources don’t load correctly(both in the front and at the backend of a specific sub blog). Here is my .htaccess: https://pastebin.com/tE9iM8nF

So basically the problem is that these type of urls fail to load my-site.com/my-blog/wp-includes/images/wpmini-blue.png, but when I remove my-blog from and paste the url in the browser it works perfect: my-site.com/wp-includes/images/wpmini-blue.png. And these way many css files fail to load but when in thee url i delete the blog name and paste in the browser it works perfect .
