WP Multisite: I cannot expand collapsed menus in subsites

    There are many expandable/collapsable items in WordPress multisite that expand/collapse smoothly on the main site, but remain collapsed on the subsites. I cannot expand those menus on the subsites, so I cannot use many of the features in the subsite. For example:
    1- Screen options:
    The “Screen Options”: button remains collapsed in all the dashboard pages of all subsites, except the main site. I cannot expand it.
    2- Quick Edit: In Categories/Posts/Pages, in front of each category/post/page, there is an expandable button named “Quick Edit”. I cannot expand it. The button remains collapsed.
    3- In other places, where we have an expanded item, I cannot collapse it, when I am in the subsite. I can collapse them easily on the main site.

    Can anyone help please? I Googled a lot, but I could not find any solution.
    I tested this problem with a fresh version of WordPress (version 5.5.3 and version 5.6), without any plugins, and the default theme (TwentyTwenty), but I could not solve it.
