Yes, Nextend Social Login is multisite compatible, so you can use it in WordPress multisites.
Also, you can configure most providers with the same App on the subsites of your multisite, just please note that each subsite has a different redirect url, so don’t forget to add each of them to your App.
For example in case of Facebook it is called “Valid OAuth redirect URIs”. If you check the 12th step of our Facebook configuration:
https://nextendweb.com/nextend-social-login-docs/provider-facebook/#configuration
then you will find an URL suggestion there in each of your sub site. You should add all of those URLs to your App.
Unfortunately, some providers can have a limitation that you can only enter a single redirect url / callback url into the App. In such cases, you need a separate App for each sub site.
