WP mobile menu not working

    Hi,

    I’ve recently installed WP mobile menu and configured it the way i like.
    No when I’m working in WordPress on my desktop and i resize the browser i see the WP mobile menu working correctly. However if I use my Iphone or Samsung phone it shows the old menu as before.

    I think it is somewhere in the setting to solve this, but I’m not sure where.
    Can you help me out?

    Hi,

    It’s showing fine for me in Android and IOS.
    Try to clear the mobile browser cache and test again.

    Hi,

    That is weird. I’ve tried it on several devices with the mobile browsers cleared.
    However after I read your message it seems to be working!

    it’s definetly a cache issue, not sure exactly where but it could had expired so I saw the most recent files and so everybody sees the same now.

    glad it’s sorted.

    Not sure this is sorted… Using WP mobile menu suddenly top-level menu items on won’t work. I rollover, see the link but get nothing. Submenu items do work.

    That’s not the same issue.

    I fixed that situation that happened when using the parent link to open the submenu.

    I updated it a couple minutes ago, you just need to delete the current version and install if again from the WordPress Plugin repository.

    I have “Parent Link open submenu” set to NO, but all of my mobile parent links keep just opening up the submenus. I need them to go to the parent pages instead, what am I doing wrong?

    Have cleared my cache and tried different mobile browsers…same problem.

    Can’t see the WP Mobile Menu active in the site. Can you activate the plugin again?

    Ok nevermind. I am using a different mobile menu app ??

    I tried Mobile Menu for awhile but decided on Responsive Menu to better suit our needs/design.

    Sorry to waste your time! But thank you….your guidance steered me towards the answer.
