WP Mobile

Hello, I am trying to upload a plug in so when my page is visited on a mobile phone it will re-size to fit the screen. I uploaded the and deleted it and reinstalled it three times and its still showing and error. I deactivate the plug in and I am able to view my site but the page is too large.
