WP-Meteor Doesn’t work with Woocommerce checkout when wp-rocket is activated

I’ve identified the bug with my checkout finally.
Wp-meteor I believe hooks into wp-rocket to trigger the code. Wp-rocket does not run on woocommerce checkout pages by default, the developers intended this behavior. This means wp-meteors code is not firing on woocommerce checkout pages when wp-rocket is enabled.
The fix for this likely is to ignore the wp-rocket hook entirely for the checkout page and to run wp-meteor as it normally does.
