WP-Members missing First Name box and .ca email domain problem

    It appears that you have some wrapping in the field layout, so the issue is that the field they think they are filling out for email is not the email field.

    I would suggest you start by working on the CSS as this is a layout issue. The plugin allows you to customize the CSS you are using with a custom stylesheet. There is a section in the Users Guide on customizing the forms with links there to instructions on setting up a custom stylesheet.
