WP-members log in issues on Samsung Note phone

    Hi,

    One of our members is an approved member and has this issue:

    When she logs onto the website with her username and password then click on members area it throws her out and asks to register. She can access the website via her laptop which indicates the phone is the problem.. She is using a Samsung Note device.

    I have tested my log in details with my android phone and is accessible.

    Any idea why??

    Perhaps her phone is not registering cookies (either intentionally or unintentionally). WordPress (and therefore WP-Members) maintains login state with cookies. If you want to test further, I would suggest she test via wp-login.php and see if she is able to maintain state through that process, which is the native WP process. My suspicion would be that would fail also, and if it does, the issue is outside the plugin.
