WP member’s email change won’t update mailchimp

  • I purchased mailchimp extension so I sent email for support, but I couldn’t get in touch with um support team. so I leave a topic in forum.

    I’m trying to make people of my site’s membership can change their email address by themselves.

    I made some php change, so users can change their email address in their own profile edit page.

    and I checked that email address is changed in WP user profile. but in mailchimp it’s still old address.

    I tried ‘sync profiles’ and ‘Update audience contacts’ but it’s not works.

    Is there a way to update user’s email address in mailchimp?

    any advice would be appreciate.

    You’re not getting an answer here. The developer cannot support you here, it is not permitted.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
