WP Media Uploader

Hi

I want to make changes to the Media Uploader in WordPress, nothing major. I just want to change the CSS so it looks a bit different from the standard as users can upload items from the frontend. I want the media uploader to look more like my theme in colours and just make a few basic changes, all CSS.

Is there a plugin that can enable me to do this or can someone direct me to the CSS file so changes can be made. I have enough knowledge for the CSS but nothing more beyond that so, with a theme all the CSS changes are placed in a CHILD THEME will something similar need to be done for the Media uploader CSS changes?
