Wp Media libary problem

  • Hi when upload photos with media libary and need to change the photo title of images I enter information https://imgur.com/a/35yjO8Y and when select insert this image title is lossed and not updated i try to restore with backup site data this not help. I Also reset my browser history and chache not help…

  • If I understand correctly, you adjust the titles of uploaded images. This is saved and that works – right? Then you want to insert the images somewhere else and there something does not work? Maybe you could describe this again in more detail.

    Yes I rename title of upload images and when add it to the gallery title is not saved this showing oiginal title of the uploaded image . I seen this problem is when use symbol to title . Example original name is with title IMAGE-001 when rename this with Symbol “IMAGE-001” title is losed and not updated to the gallery, I use plugin envira gallery .

    Hi again I contact support of the plugin and this says “this issue is occurring within the WordPress Media Library, there is nothing we can do on our end, unfortunately, as Envira Gallery uses the WordPress Media Library by default for image storage.“

    Maybe this problem is from WP Media gallery.
