WP-Maintenance Problem! Please Help!?

I used WP maintenance plugin to put a new theme on my site but when I turned maintenance mode off and tried to go to the site after logging out, it said it was still under maintenance. I have deleted the plugin completely and there is no . maintenance file in my FTP.
