    I have a multisite website with WP Mail SMTP Pro.
    SendGrid is set as Mailer and all the settings are working because emails are being sent without any issues.(both regular website emails and test emails within this plugin).

    The problem is that each time I navigate to WP Mail SMTP Pro > Email Log > Bulk Resend, it shows up the popup that emails are in a queue and sent but they actually are not and emails never arrive. I tried this with 80 emails, with only 1 email and the issue persists.
    I have also enabled Tools > Debug events > Email Sending Errors and Debug Email Sending but nothing regarding Resend is shown. It only displays regularly sent emails, but Resend is not tracked as it was never triggered.
    Can you please help us with this?

  • Same issue here. I don’t even have the option of bulk resending failed emails in the dropdown.
    Can someone help us with this please.

    Hi @berbercito,

    Thanks for reaching out! Could you please check WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Email Log section and make sure that you have enabled the option “Log Email Content” (see).

    Once you enable that option, you should be able to resend emails.
