    Wp mail smtp work good in the mail of contact form 7 but not work in mail with title Some plugins were automatically updated.

    in wp mail i have configured gmail, but in the mail with title “Some plugins were automatically updated” They arrive with the server’s mail and not with the wp mail smtp plugin.

    the mails arrive of wordpress@mydomain

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Such an issue can happen if WordPress is sending an email before loading plugins.

    We’ve tested with WordPress automatic updates that run in a cron job, and email was sent via the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

    Maybe you use some external tool for automatic updates?

    Thanks for your patience.

    We’ve rechecked, and this issue occurs because WordPress is not loading plugins during automatic updates. It’s a WordPress core behavior, and we can’t do anything with it.

    Since plugins are not loaded, emails are sent via your server and not via the WP Mail SMTP plugin. Such a behavior occurs only for automatic updates notification email.
