I have been trying to delete old emails by using the settings to delete after 30 days, and it never deletes any.
I have over 100 pages of emails, going back to the beginning of the year, and the only way i can delete them is to go to the last page and highlight all, then delete, which it does delete, but after 3 pages of deletions, it tells me the server has too many requests and i have to wait for some time to start again.
Is there a solution for this.
    Thanks.

    Same here! Any suggestions?

This helped for me. It deleted all data.

    Cleanup
Delete all data on deactivation? (emails and settings)?

I’m having to go to the last page of logs, set the view to 100 entries, then flag all the log files for the last page and delete them all…

This only works for a couple of pages, before the system tells me there is an error with too much data for the server to process, so i wait a couple of hours and try again.

I guess its going to have to be a manual process from now on, until i find a better plugin that WILL delete automatically.

plugin alternatives? i have the same problem than you

Why is this still a problem? You guys are KILLING performance on ALL of our servers – can you PLEASE get this fixed? This has been happening for over a YEAR!

    Hi everyone,

this should be fixed in the latest version 1.10.5.

Please let us know if you still have any issues with the automatic log deletion after the update.

Have a nice day and happy holidays!

Oh good, I hope this is fixed. What I have done in the past is deactivate the plugin and reactivate it and that deletes all the emails in the log at once. So it hasn’t been a perfect solution since I couldn’t keep the most recent records but sure beats trying to manually delete because we send about 2000 emails a week. I’ll be checking to see if it deletes based on my settings now, thank you!
