WP Mail Issue

  • Good day, It seems non of our clients nor do we receive emails after our clients complete our quizzes or contact forms

    We did resolve this by ourselves by downloading the plugin: WP Mail SMTP, but we would still like to fix the default option for future use we did see that it could be a PHP issue but not entirely sure

  • You might want to check your hosting settings. There should be an option “forward all mail”. In most hosting its a simple setting that only needs to be allowed.

    But our site has been hosted with them for over 5 years so I’m not sure why all of a sudden it would stop working but il definitely talk to them.

    sometimes they update their servers and it happens… I’m not saying that this is your problem 100%. but it worth looking at it.. It takes only a sec to check… this is one of the things that I would check before diving to php errors

    I have send a message to our hosting provider yesterday but they have not replied yet, I will reply here once they do
