wp-login.php still showing with define( 'FORCE_SSL_LOGIN', true );

Hi, i have installed the plugin and if I go to /wp-login.php I get the login page thought I have changed the login url with the plugin.

I have define( 'FORCE_SSL_LOGIN', true ); on wp_config.php and I noticed that if a I go to example.com/wp-login.php I am redirected to https://example.com/wp-login.php and get to access the login page.

Is there a way to avoid this?
